OUR STORY About Us Hello and Welcome to my Country Handmade Store. I am Connie and have been creating handcrafted items for many years. I live in the rural countryside on several acres of land that I share with our many furry friends. I retired in Dec. 2021 and decided to set up the store to sell my unique handmade items. My daughters, Amy and Christy, encourage me immensely and help me keep balance in my life, which helps with my creativity. I strive for excellence in all I do and create only quality handcrafted items. I can sell exquisite crystals and gemstones at a much lower price than you can find on most small business websites, as I purchased them years ago and bought in bulk. SHIPPING POLICY SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING: Most of our items are special order and we normally ship within 1-2 business days. We ship Monday thru Friday only, unless you have a special order / request to ship faster, and we can ship on Saturday mornings. If you request USPS Priority Mail Delivery, you will be sent a tracking number for your order that is trackable via the USPS website, with a 3-5 day estimated delivery schedule. If your order is a special/custom order, it could take 2-3 days for the item to ship. If you would like your order faster, please let me know and I can upgrade shipping to Overnight / Next Day Delivery (at a higher and additional rate, and only if Overnight USPS Delivery service is availabje in your area. There have been instances whereas USPS orders shipped within the US have taken 3-4 weeks for delivery. If your item is not received within 30 days, please notify us to let us know the item has not been received and request a full refund. Bulk orders and some custom orders may take longer to ship. Please send us an email to let us know of custom orders or changes you would like made prior to or within 2 hours of purchase and we will respond to your email request. For orders over $150.00, we add signature confirmation. All items will be shipped to your Paypal or credit card account address or address listed on the store order receipt, unless an email is sent to us within 2 hours of purchase. All returns must be in original condition, and in original packaging and cannot have been worn or used. Please contact us first to discuss a problem before returning an item. Custom made riding helmets are custom made items and are Non-refundable, Non-Returnable, but may be exchanged if seller has the particular size and color already in stock. So please ensure you know yours or your pet's helmet size and if you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact me via email prior to purchase. NOTE: We will repair broken jewelry for one month after item is received. Buyer pays for return shipping. The replacement will be sent as soon as I receive the damaged item back.
