SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Most of our items are special order, so we normally ship within 1-3 business days and we ship Monday thru Friday only. All orders are shipped thru USPS First Class Mail and trackable via USPS website, with a 3-5 day estimated delivery schedule (if shipped within the continental United States {US}), except on special/custom orders. If you would like your order faster, please let me know and I can upgrade shipping to Priority (2-3 days) or Next Day.  There have been instances whereas USPS orders shipped within the US have taken 3-4 weeks for delivery. If your item is not received within 30 days, please notify us to let us know the item has not been received and request a full refund. Bulk orders and some custom orders may take longer to ship. Please send us an email to let us know of custom orders or changes you would like made prior to or within 2 hours of purchase and we will respond to your email request. For orders over $100.00, we add signature confirmation. All items will be shipped to your Paypal or credit card account address or address listed on the store order receipt, unless an email is sent to us within 2 hours of purchase.

International orders are shipped First Class Mail International and can take between 1-5 weeks to arrive. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. I also cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form, as this is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.

Shipping prices are set at a rate to include tracking (unless USPS regular mail is chosen) for orders within the US. (Tracking is not available on international orders, unless you would like to upgrade shipping to Priority, for considerable additional cost.) This will ensure that your package arrives to your home safely. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting, as customer is responsible for shipping fees of any items returned to seller as not deliverable due to incorrect address.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note, you may have to pay additional taxes and fees when purchasing from another country. Items may also get held up in customs, which can increase shipping times.

NEED FASTER SHIPPING? Please contact us *PRIOR TO YOUR PURCHASE* via email provided in the “Contact Us” section of the store, and we will create a custom order for shipping and let you know the additional costs to ship.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Due to health concerns and for sanitary reasons, body jewelry cannot be returned. This is a standard policy in the body jewelry industry that protects the health of the consumer. Please make sure that you read the entire description carefully, including sizing, and if you have any questions regarding the item, please email me and I will provide any information needed. If an item(s) arrives damaged, buyer is responsible for notifying seller within 24 hours of receipt of damaged item and provide proof of damage via email, with a picture of the damaged package and the damaged item that buyer received. The email and pictures must be submitted to seller at time of notification of damaged item to receive a replacement or refund.

RETURN POLICY:  Superb customer service is our number one priority and we aim for 100% satisfaction by each and every individual I do business. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact me immediately upon receipt of the item, via e-mail provided in the “Contact Us” section of the store.  If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase(s) (DOES NOT INCLUDE BODY JEWELRY), please notify seller within 48 hours by email to request a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for costs to return product to seller and the cost to send a requested exchange item. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. All returns must be in original condition, and in original packaging and cannot have been worn or used. Please contact us first to discuss a problem before returning an item. Custom made riding helmets are custom made items and are Non-refundable, Non-Returnable, but may be exchanged if seller has the particular size and color already in stock. So please ensure you know yours or your pet's helmet size and if you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact me via email prior to purchase. NOTE: We will repair broken jewelry for one month after item is received. Buyer pays for return shipping. The replacement will be sent as soon as I receive the damaged item back.
